1. Introduction

This policy explains what personal data b3eer (b3eer.com) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

2.1 Data you give us

Collected only when you create a price alert or request your alert management link:

• Your email address. It is your only identifier — there is no account and no password.
• Alert details: the product you are following, your preferred email language, your target price if you set one, a reference price, and dates relating to the alert itself.

We do not request or store your name, phone number, address, date of birth, national ID, or any payment data. The site accepts no payments at all.

2.2 Data collected automatically when you visit

• Visit logs. Standard technical information is recorded for each visit: date and time, IP address, the page requested, browser and operating system, browser language, and the referring page if any.
• IP address for abuse prevention. We use your IP address on a temporary basis to stop forms being flooded with requests and to protect the service. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

2.3 What is stored in your browser

We set no cookies of our own for tracking. What the site stores in your browser is limited to your preferences and your convenience:

• display preferences: light or dark theme, and interface language;
• the last email address you used in the alert form, so you do not have to retype it.

This stays on your device, is not used for tracking or advertising, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings. Third parties do, however, set their own cookies — see section 4.

2.4 Analytics

We use a third-party analytics service (currently Google Analytics) to measure traffic and understand which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies carrying a randomly generated browser identifier, and receives: the pages you visited, the time and duration of the visit, your device and browser type, approximate location (city or country level), and how you arrived at the site.

We also record some in-site interactions — such as creating an alert or clicking a buy link — to learn what is useful to people. Those events carry no more than a reference to the product and the type of interaction.

You can opt yourself out via Google's official opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies or tracking scripts in your browser settings or with a content blocker.

2.5 What we do not collect

• We collect no sensitive data (health, religious, ethnic, security, genetic or biometric data).
• We collect no payment or card data.
• We do not track you across other sites, build advertising profiles, or share your data with ad networks.
• We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you.

3. Why we process your data

Where the basis is your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We rely on the following service providers only, and only to the extent needed to run the site:

5. Where your data is processed

Some of the providers above operate servers in various countries, which means part of the processing may take place outside your own country. We engage them as processors acting on our behalf, with the minimum data necessary to perform the service, and we do not grant them the right to use your data for their own purposes.

6. Retention

• An unconfirmed alert request: deleted automatically after a short period if you do not confirm it.
• A confirmed alert: kept for as long as the alert exists, and deleted as soon as you delete it or unsubscribe from all alerts. If you delete all of your alerts, no trace of your email address remains with us.
• Visit logs: kept for a limited operational period for operations and security only, then destroyed. They are not used to build visitor profiles and are not combined with your alert record.
• Analytics data: subject to the retention periods applied by the analytics provider.

7. Your rights

We grant and undertake to honour the following rights over the data we hold about you:

• Right to be informed: to know what we collect, why, and who we share it with — which is what this policy sets out.
• Right of access: to see the data we hold about you. The management link in the footer of every email we send shows you all of your alerts directly.
• Right to obtain a copy: to receive your data in a clear, readable format.
• Right to correction: to have your data corrected, amended or updated.
• Right to deletion: to have your data deleted when it is no longer needed. You can do this yourself, instantly, from the management link using "Unsubscribe all".
• Right to withdraw consent: at any time, by deleting your alerts or unsubscribing.

How to exercise them

Fastest route: open the "Manage my alerts" link in the footer of any email you have received from us. From there you can view all of your alerts, delete any of them, or delete all of them immediately with no waiting. If you do not have a link, request one from the alerts management page.

Or write to us: the address below is the dedicated channel for every request to exercise your rights — access to your data, correction or updating, obtaining a readable copy, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. 8. Security

• Connections to the site are encrypted, and messages are sent over a secured connection.
• Alert management links are protected by a private verification token, so nobody can reach your alerts by knowing your email address alone.
• Alert data is held by us. It is not published and is not publicly accessible.
• We apply data minimisation: we ask only for an email address, and collect nothing we do not need.
• Our forms are designed so they cannot be used to work out whether a given email address is registered with us.

That said, no system on the internet can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot warrant complete protection against any breach.

9. Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you become aware that a child has given us their email address, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Product data shown on the site

For transparency: the product data shown on the site contains no personal data about any individual. We hold no reviewer names, no review text, no seller names, and no user-generated content from Amazon. The site displays no star ratings and no review counts.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Any change is published on this page with the "Last updated" date above revised. If a change is material and affects your data, we will try to notify you by email if you have an active alert.
