1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of b3eer (b3eer.com) and all of its pages and services (the "Site" or the "Service"). By using the Site or creating a price alert, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them.

2. What the Service is

b3eer is a free service for following the prices of products listed on Amazon Saudi Arabia (amazon.sa). The Site shows:

• product information as listed on Amazon, such as title, image, price and department;
• a price history, presented as a chart;
• statistics derived from that history, such as the lowest and highest recorded price and the size of a drop;
• optional email alerts when a product you choose drops in price.

The Site is not a shop. We sell nothing, we take no money and no payment details from users, and we are not a party to any purchase between you and Amazon or any seller.

3. Accuracy of the data and the limits of relying on it

This is one of the most important sections of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

• Information only. Every price, record and statistic shown on the Site is for general information, and is not a sufficient basis on its own for a purchasing decision.
• The data may be inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any price, figure or statistic shown, and the Site may contain errors.
• The data may be delayed or stale. A displayed price may not reflect the product's actual current price, and may have changed since it was recorded. The chart may also show gaps or periods with no recorded data.
• The history is not official data. What the chart shows are readings recorded by us. It is not official or authorised data from Amazon, and we do not obtain price history from Amazon in any official capacity.
• A price does not cover everything. A displayed price does not necessarily include shipping, tax, coupons, Prime-exclusive offers, differences between product options (colour, size, capacity), or price variation based on your location.
• No guarantee of availability. We do not guarantee that any product shown is available, that what is shown about its status is correct, or that it remains on sale.

4. Relationship with Amazon

b3eer is entirely independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, sponsored by or operated by Amazon, and does not represent Amazon in any capacity.

"Amazon", "amazon.sa", their logos and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. They are used on this Site purely as a descriptive reference, and imply no affiliation or sponsorship.

Affiliate disclosure

The Site participates in the Amazon Associates Programme. Links that take you from the Site to Amazon carry our associate tracking identifier, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made after you click one of those links.

• This commission does not increase the price you pay; it comes out of Amazon's share.
• It does not influence what we show, and we do not rank products in exchange for payment from sellers.
• As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

5. Price alerts

• Alerts are entirely optional and require no account and no password. Your email address is your only identifier.
• No alert is activated until you confirm it using a link sent to your email address, and unconfirmed requests are discarded automatically.
• We may cap the number of alerts allowed per email address.
• Alerts are a best-effort service. We do not guarantee that any alert will be sent, delivered, or delivered on time. An alert may be delayed or never arrive for reasons outside our control (service outage, the message being filtered as spam, a failure at the mail provider, or a price changing and reverting before it is recorded). You may miss a genuine price drop, and we accept no liability for that.
• We may apply a minimum drop threshold and a cooldown between messages so alerts do not become repetitive mail.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the management link in the footer of every email we send you — either deleting a single alert or all of them at once.
• You must not enter an email address into the alert form that you do not own or are not authorised to use.

6. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to harvest, copy or systematically or bulk-extract the Site's content or data;
• send excessive requests that harm the Service's performance or exceed reasonable use limits, or attempt to disrupt the Service or circumvent any protection or verification measure;
• attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers or its data, or test it for vulnerabilities without prior written permission;
• republish our price data or history, or offer it as a commercial service, without our prior written permission;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to impersonate any person or entity;
• abuse the alerts service to send unwanted mail to other people's inboxes.

We may, without prior notice, restrict or block access, delete any alert, or suspend the Service in whole or in part for any user we consider to have breached these Terms or to have put the Service or its users at risk.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, interface, logo, name and source code belong to us and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Product names, images and descriptions belong to their respective owners — manufacturers, sellers or Amazon — and are shown here for descriptive reference only. If you are a rights holder and believe particular content should be removed, contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular we do not warrant:

• the accuracy, completeness or currency of any price, figure or statistic shown;
• that the Service will be continuous, uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious code;
• the delivery or timeliness of alert emails;
• that the Service, or any product shown on it, is fit for any particular purpose of yours.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor anyone working with us is liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including without limitation: financial loss from buying at a price different from the one shown here, missing an offer or a price drop, an alert failing to arrive, reliance on inaccurate price history, or loss of data.

10. External links and services

The Site contains links to external websites, principally amazon.sa. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices or policies. When you use them you are subject to their terms and privacy policies, not ours.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

12. Discontinuation

The Service is voluntary and free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to you. You may likewise stop using it at any time by deleting your alerts and no longer visiting the Site.

13. General provisions and changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with the "Last updated" date above revised, and take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
